360° Review
The Coridian 360° Review is a unique process designed to help our customers improve their business. The 360° Review begins with an in-depth analysis of an operation’s existing processes. Coridian then identifies areas and procedures that are creating inefficiencies and hampering work flow and/or product quality. With this data, Coridian determines the most practical solutions for eliminating waste, downtime, bottle-necks and other issues that impede operations. Coridian’s recommendations for reaching optimal efficiency are presented to our customers clearly and precisely.

• Problem:
Customer believed they had a work-in-process inefficiency.
• Evaluation:
Coridian evaluated the entire system, looking at what format the data was in, what software applications were involved, and what printer, media and data collection systems were in use.
• Diagnosis:
After the Coridian 360° Review, what appeared to be a work-in-process inefficiency was actually a desire for lean manufacturing practices.
• Solution:
Coridian recommended and implemented a customized software interface which reduced key-strokes and improved accuracy. In addition, Coridian realigned the media and print stations to further increase efficiencies. Combined, the recommendations Coridian made resulted in an increase in efficiency and profitability by eliminating three steps in the manufacturing process.
